SQL countries table

I'm currently working on my Nest.js backend project and I needed to add data to the countries table.
Usually I use mockaroo.com for mocking data, but in this case when you generate schema like this:
But unfortunately in this case you get a lot of duplicates 🤯.
Therefore, I decided to share a ready-made SQL request for database seeding for countries.
